Our Farm.
Our hens graze daily from dawn til dusk on the lush green pastures of our 170 acre family property, Milton Farm, located on the South Coast of NSW. We believe that far more room to roam than your average chook, makes for a happier hen.
After roosting for the night, protected by their faithful guardians, two Maremma sheepdogs, Elsa and Flash (named by our young daughter, Beatrice), the chooks jump out of their 'chicken caravans' free to roam and devour as much green grass as they like. Making short work of each paddock means we move them on to fresh pasture every few days.
